This is the summer festival for the district of Yotsukura.
For the 2km between Michinoeki Yotsukurakou and JR Yotsukura Station, dancers from small children to elderly revelers dance the Iwaki Odori together dressed in traditional clothing and shouting, "Donwasse!"
Behind the dancers, the Iwaki night comes alive with a nighttime parade featuring floats, brightly lit characters, and brave warrior nebuta.
